Coordinates the training strategy and provides direction and information for the development of training plans and materials.Īt Omaha Public Power District, we¿re passionate about three things: power, the people who make it, and the people who rely on it.Design and facilitate a fluent transition to product manager at the completion of market launch.Provide status reporting for project and program management.Determine metrics and reporting as a catalyst for change and improvement.Ensure clear processes are in place and agreed for managing project and resource prioritization.Ensure the accountability/ownership and the workflows of all NPD process steps are agreed and understood.Ensure information is forwarded in a timely manner and made more accurate all along the development process.Define and agree upon detailed time plans for each project with key development milestones and also proactively track and manage their adherence.Manage and coordinate across multiple delivery teams simultaneously.Proactively drive the ¿Kick off¿ briefing process using a range of standard time plan templates that vary in duration according to product complexity.Monitors the progress of the project and is accountable for reporting and correcting any stage gate issues. Lead cross functional teams in order to develop and deliver product and services based on negotiated timelines.
